Three-person exhibition
“Long tree, long song, and moon”
2025.9.6(sat)-9.20(sat)
id 兵庫県芦屋市宮塚町12‐24旧宮塚町住宅3号室
Yen erh Chuang (nicknamed Milly), who is from Taiwan, trained in Kochi, and is now traveling and making pottery;
Shogo Kiya, who makes woodwork in Kobe;
and YUZUKI, a little painter who drew the background and logo of id’s store card.
They are three people who create works whose purpose is left to the user.
“Long tree” is an image of a tree that grows over a long period of time. The works are lined up to convey the charm of trees that continue to change and live on through the years, even when they are transformed into works of art.
The name “long song” comes from the image of the works that Milly sings and continues to create. When I visited Milly for the first time, I heard her guitar tone and soft voice. Milly‘s works and her singing voice are in harmony with the rich nature of the forests of Kochi, and they are clothed in a relaxing atmosphere.
And “moon“ is the name of a little painter who is exhibiting for the first time. Live painting will be held on the last day of the exhibition.
The artist will be in the gallery on 9/6, 9/7, and 9/20. On 9/20, Milly will be singing and playing guitar from sunset time.
The exhibition will continue until the last open day of id.
